Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BizDiag, operated by Visionary Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using BizDiag, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BizDiag is a business diagnostic platform that helps small business owners identify operational chokepoints and provides actionable fix plans. Our service includes question-based diagnostics, file upload capabilities, and reporting features.

2. Accounts & Authentication

You may create an account using email and password or magic link authentication via Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Free & Pro Plans

Free Plan: 1 business profile, 1 diagnostic scan per month, primary fix plan only. No credit card required.
Pro Plan ($49/month): Unlimited businesses, unlimited scans, all fix plans (primary and secondary), team access, and Flowcast forecasting included.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next billing cycle.

4. File Uploads

You may upload financial documents (P&L statements, bank statements, etc.) to improve diagnostic accuracy. By uploading files, you represent that you have the right to share this data. All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our storage after 14 days. We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded data for any purpose other than providing your diagnostic results.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of BizDiag is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage with Row Level Security (RLS) for tenant isolation.
Your data is never shared with other users or tenants.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Uploaded files are auto-deleted after 14 days.

6. Diagnostic Results Disclaimer

Important: BizDiag provides operational diagnostics and recommendations based on your self-reported answers and optional file uploads. Our results are NOT:

Professional financial, legal, or accounting advice
A substitute for consulting with qualified professionals
Guaranteed to be accurate or complete

You should always consult qualified professionals before making significant business or financial decisions. Use of BizDiag results is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, scoring algorithms, fix plans, and diagnostic methodology on BizDiag are owned by Visionary Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our diagnostic content without written permission.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We retain ownership of the diagnostic results, scoring, and recommendations we generate.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Upload files containing malware or malicious content
Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
Share your account with unauthorized users

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except for audit logs retained as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BizDiag. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of BizDiag after changes constitutes acceptance.
